What does onboarding look like?
One 60-90 minute call. We set your labor rates, walk through services and packages, and tune the finishes catalog using DETAILFORGE's curated base (3M, Avery, XPEL, and the major brands already loaded). You add anything specific you stock, we wire your branding, and your shop is quoting customers the same day.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly billing, cancel any time from the in-app subscription tab. We hold your quotes, customers, and catalog while the account is active. If you decide to leave, reach out and we'll hand off a copy of your shop data before the account closes.
Can my customers use this on their phones?
Yes. The customer-facing surfaces (share links, your website embed) render on phones. Portrait and landscape both supported. Shop-side admin is desktop-first.
Do I need to know 3D software?
No. The AI assistant takes plain English ("wrap my hood gloss black", "add window tint to the front two") and applies it to the 3D model. The shop-side admin only deals with prices, services, and finishes, the same fields you'd manage in any quoting tool.
How does pricing actually work?
Your labor rate × the hours each service takes, set once in your catalog. Packages can also carry their own fixed price. You can override any line. The AI assistant prices customer-built quotes against the same engine; no manual re-quoting on your end.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your authored content is yours. Services, prices, finishes, customers, and quote history. Reach out before you close the account and we'll hand off a copy. The 3D vehicle library itself is platform-owned and stays with the platform.
Do you integrate with my CRM / calendar / payments?
Yes for the core paths: shops get Stripe payments, signed webhooks, REST API keys, and a private calendar feed that can be subscribed to from Google, Apple, or Outlook. QuickBooks has a live, native two-way sync for customers, invoices, and payments. Square is coming soon. Zapier and custom CRM paths run through the API and webhooks today.
